Patient Resources PAYMENT OPTIONS INSURANCE We are providers for: Delta Dental Health Choice Benefit Management We will file all insurances for you. Please give us a call if you have any insurance questions. We also accept Care Credit - a third-party financing company that will help you finance your dental fees over the course of several months with little-to-no interest attached. Click the below link to apply online.  We accept all major credit cards. CASH PAY For our patients that don't have any insurance, we offer a 5% discount on dental restoration and dentures/partials when payment is made in full by either cash or check. We offer a 10% discount on hygiene appointments (exam, x-rays and cleaning) when paid in full by cash or check as well. Please call for updated prices on services.
